WebOn hold with Meraki support now to get this confirmed. Meraki support suspects this to be a false positive, just wrapped up a call with them on all the alerts we saw. We are seeing the same as well, all sites, isolated and scanning a machine we initially saw this from. Waiting to see what will happen.
