WebJun 15, 2024 · About this mod. This mod gives a "bonus happiness" value to almost every item in build mode with the exception of basic building items like walls, floors, roofs, and doors. Gone are the days when you needed to spam your settlements with bars and clinics to get that happiness to 100%. WebYeah, I have 100% of achievements for Fallout 3, New Vegas, 4, and Oblivion and Skyrim. I don't consider it 100% game completion - there are so many places I haven't explored or looted in each. For FO4 in particular, I wouldn't consider it 100% until you had every perk. Which is like level 247? I'm at 113, haha. Not even close.
