WebI didn’t realize it but flagyl has a severe interaction with alcohol that can cause kidney damage which can cause brown urine. I didn’t drink, but I was vaping at the time and those liquids contain propylene glycol, an alcohol. I was in bad pain and had dark brown urine. Not good.
